If you have a contribution for the 897 Press it can be dropped off or mailed to the Union Hall office. The preferred format would be a Microsoft Word document on a floppy disc or a CD. Photos submitted must be copies, not the original, I cannot guarantee their safe return. Digital photos should be submitted in JPEG format which is usually the default setting for most digital cameras. ( Just make sure your camera settings are on high resolution for the best print quality in the paper). Articles can also be submitted via e-mail to webmaster@uaw897.com
I take care of the 897 Press and the 897 Web page myself, and I'm always looking for help. If you enjoy taking pictures or are interested in Web or Print Media, Please contact me at the Union Hall or via e-mail . I will be working as a contributing Editor for 9 Lines ( The Region 9 Insert) in the UAW Solidarity Magazine, and any help will be greatly appreciated by me.
We will offer the Print Edition of the UAW 897 Press on-line as a PDF document, you can download recent editionsof the paper using the the links to the left. This will be updated every two months in conjunction with the papers printing schedule.
